AI you are allowed to use
Most mid-market AI efforts do not fail on the model. They fail because nobody has engineering support, because internal systems will not let the assistant in, and because in the end there is no number on the table.

Why pilots fail
We have seen pilot phases where five efforts ran in parallel for months and nothing reusable was left at the end. The cause was the same every time.
- No owner for the work stream
- No engineering support for the building
- Old processes simply moved into the new tool
- No defensible business case for the board
Four pieces of work that build on each other
You can start at any of them. The order still makes sense.
- K.01Platform selection and evaluation. Which platform fits you is decided by hosting location, data processing, licensing and what your people actually do. We assess Langdock, Microsoft 365 Copilot and others against your criteria, with no commercial interest in a particular outcome.Outcome: a decision paper with criteria, cost and operating effort.
- K.02Rethink processes rather than relocate them. The most common mistake is lifting a grown process unchanged into a new tool. We take apart the processes that cost time today and rebuild them with assistants and agents. Where reliability matters, the AI calls a script instead of improvising.Outcome: two to three workflows in production, documented and handed over.
- K.03Systems an assistant can operate. Many internal tools are simply unreachable for assistants. We modernise or replace the affected systems, for example toward Atlassian, and connect them over MCP so an assistant may read and change exactly what it is permitted to.Outcome: connected systems with clean permission separation and logging.
- K.04The business case your board needs. Hours saved per task, times frequency, times the people affected, set against licence and delivery cost. Two scenarios, conservative and realistic, plus the cost of doing nothing and a clear decision proposal.Outcome: a calculation that survives a question from the investors.
What sits underneath
These services belong to this area and can be commissioned individually.
What we do not do
Being clear up front saves us both a conversation.
No model training on your data
We select platforms whose processing you can follow and evidence contractually.
No platform commission
We are not a reseller. Langdock is the platform we know best, but we recommend it only when it fits.
No rollout without the foundation
If permissions and classification are missing, we say so - even when that means the project starts later.
