Opsora keeps Microsoft 365 environments secure, well-governed, and audit-ready for European mid-market companies (roughly 100 to 1,500 users). We are senior-led: the architect who scopes the work is the one who delivers it. Every engagement has clear phases, a documented handover, and a client team that can run the environment afterward. No retainers, no artificial dependency.

We are growing the senior delivery team to take on more high-stakes projects. You will own most of the hands-on delivery.

The role

This is project work, not operations - no daily ticket queue, no 1st level support, no on-call. You take projects end to end and hand over documentation a client team can run from. Typical work:

  • Carve-outs and migrations: tenant-to-tenant, on-prem to cloud, and Active Directory to Entra ID, often under tight deadlines and across borders.
  • Zero Trust: identity, Conditional Access, Entra Private/Internet Access, device compliance, and segmentation.
  • AI readiness: data classification, oversharing remediation, and the governance that makes AI tools - Microsoft Copilot, Langdock, and others - safe to roll out.
  • Governance and hardening: tenant security baselines, DLP, retention, and NIS2 compliance work.

You configure and harden Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, and Purview - with the judgment to know what a change affects before you make it - and you run the client workshops and calls that scope the work.

What you bring

  • Deep, hands-on Microsoft 365 experience across multiple workloads - you can harden a full tenant safely
  • Strong grasp of identity (Entra ID), security, compliance, and migration tooling
  • The judgment to own outcomes and work with little oversight
  • Curiosity and fast learning - we care more about how you think and adapt than about a fixed list of tools
  • Clear written and spoken English; you can explain a decision to a client and stand behind it (German is a strong plus for our DACH clients)
  • Microsoft certifications are welcome (for example MS-102, SC-300, SC-401)
