Tobias Schüle is the founder of Opsora, combining 18+ years of Microsoft ecosystem experience with a focused methodology: assess fast, design guardrails, implement with precision, document everything, and hand over.
His career started in 2007 as an IT System Administrator at the headquarters of Germany's largest grocery retailer, where he was quickly promoted to become the primary lead for Microsoft infrastructure and VMware environments. After transitioning into IT consulting in 2013, he specialised in Microsoft, VMware, backup, and storage solutions. From 2017, he served as a senior IT architect at Germany's market leader in financial consolidation, delivering dozens of successful projects.
In 2020, he founded his own consultancy - now Opsora - serving clients across Europe. His credo: solutions that fit each client's real requirements and deliver genuine value, not based on vendor commissions.
