What we do
We cut the work small enough that something usable exists after a few weeks, and build on from there. Development uses current tooling and is AI-assisted: typed, tested, and in short rounds where you see every intermediate stage. That changes the arithmetic, because the effort for the parts every application shares drops sharply and the time goes where your case is actually particular. Everything runs in your own environment, with sign-in through Entra ID and the permissions that already apply. At the end the source code sits with you, with operating documentation. We work the same way on our own products, which grew out of exactly this kind of client project.
