Back to Compliance you can evidence
Two worlds cost twice. One is enough.
We retire Active Directory, Exchange and file servers and move identity, mailboxes and storage into a cloud-native environment your team runs without legacy baggage.
30 minutes · no sales pitch · an honest read on whether we fit
A fit when
- You run a hybrid directory with no discernible benefit
- Exchange or a file server is at end of life
- Legacy dependencies block modern security controls
- After an acquisition, two landscapes need unifying
The situation
- A hybrid directory ties up effort without anyone being able to name the benefit.
- Two systems mean two attack surfaces and two places where something can fail.
- Old dependencies block every modernisation, and nobody knows precisely which ones any more.
- The last file server stays because an application supposedly depends on it.
What we do
We work out the dependencies before anything is switched off: which application really uses the directory, which share is still being opened, which service still signs in. Then we migrate in stages, each with a rehearsed way back, until devices are cloud-native, mailboxes are migrated, and storage sits in SharePoint and OneDrive. At the end the old system is switched off, documented and handed over.
What is included

- 03Mailboxes and storageMigrating Exchange and file servers, verifying that nothing is lost on the way.
- 04Decommissioning and handoverAn orderly shutdown with evidence, and documentation of the new operating paths.
